Hotel reservations are to be made directly with the
hotel. Please refer to the

directly with the hotel. All terms and conditions in regard to payment are
set by Universal Hilton.
This special rate may also be applied to
consecutive nights either prior to or following our event. This special
price is available until 15 January or to a later date if our room block
is not full or at the discretion of the hotel.
All special accommodations regarding your room
should be made directly to the hotel.

Registration
fee: $750.00 (Limited to only 35 participants)
The registration fee includes the cost of all
training and related expenses.
Opening and closing receptions

(Pending sponsorship, additional meal functions and special events may
become available as part of the registration.)
Payment in the form of a check must be received in
order to guarantee your registration.

If payment is made and all positions are filled,
your check will be returned in full.
Cancellation
Policy:
If cancellation occurs on or before:
January 2 Full amount minus 25% - $562.50
January 15 Full amount minus 50% - $375.00
No refunds after 15 January
